The lamp has a housing with a transparent chassis (2) and a transparent dome (3), where the chassis is mounted in a base in a fixed manner and has an electrical device. The chassis and the dome are manufactured from same thermo-plastic plastic material e.g. polypropylene, where the chassis has height, which is less than the height of the dome. The chassis has a cable channel that is formed as an outer-side channel in the base of the chassis. The channel is connected with a metal core in the inner side of the housing for holding the electrical device.
