The joint has retainers (41, 46, 47) for beams (21, 22, 48) e.g. upper, inner longitudinal beam and front end cross beam, of a motor vehicle body. The retainers (46, 41) exhibit a fastening device for the upper, inner longitudinal beam and the front end cross beam of the body, respectively, where the joint is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The joint extends up to a position of a wing seat (32), and forms a part of the wing seat. An independent claim is also included for a body front structure of a motor vehicle.
