The locking units and the externally and internally operating lever chains are controllable in functional positions. The locking units exhibit a pressurized coupling unit (16), which engages three different positions opposite to the lever chains (4, 6, 7), so that the operating lever chains (4, 6, 7) are activated/deactivated.
