System has cushioned tub, which has pair of side rails and one or more anchor clamps, which are attached at side rails extending inwards. One or more sliding clamps are provided so as to move in reference to anchor clamps in forward and backwards direction. A cushion ramp (22) is carried by sliding clamps in such a way that movement is possible in forward and backwards direction, if sliding clamps move in reference to cushioned tub. An independent claim is also included for the method for producing a system for adjustable seat cushion thigh support.
