A closing unit (24) is activated by an actuator (25) for closing the passage in a close-end position by overlying the closing unit on the plate and for opening the passage in an open-end position by lifting-off the closing unit from the plate. The closing unit is designed as a snapping disk (26) that abruptly jumps backwards from the close-end position to the open-end position, when the actuator is activated.
