The seat has a fitting part, which is formed as a lockable and unlockable stopper fitting. A release lever (10) is provided for unlocking the stopper fitting, where the lever is rotatably connected with an axis. A release and control lever is held against the force that is exerted on seat during crash fall, by a locking pin (24). The pin is set during operation of the lever for unlocking the fitting.
