Operator notification system for an in-vehicle wireless communication module in poor communication quality and corresponding method, in which the in-vehicle computer starts a wireless communication module to detect its reception quality and to obtain a detection signal result when the alarm mode of the safety control device is set after the Ignition switch has been turned off, and in which the computer in the vehicle issues a ready message in the form of a voice message when the ignition switch is turned on again if the detection signal result does not exceed a predetermined standard value for the reception quality.
