A pair of hinge units (30) is arranged on the left and/or right half of the pivot and is arranged in such a manner that the housing can be rotated in a hindered manner relative to the hinge units in its swivel movement. An o-ring (50) is provided to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the housing and the pivot when the housing is pivoted.
