The housing has a support plate (1) and stud bolts (2) provided for fixing a printed circuit board (6) e.g. mother board, of a computer. The printed circuit board is arranged on the support plate. The stud bolts comprise a bolt base (3) surrounded by a flexible unit (5), which is designed as a conical disc. The flexible unit is adjusted to press the printed circuit board against a bolt head (4). The flexible unit is formed from an electrically conducting material and in a hollow cylindrical shape. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement comprising a support plate and a printed circuit board.
