The system has an impulse transmitter operated by power supply such as battery or rechargeable battery for bicycle, tricycle and scooter to display a driving direction change by direction indicator system-blinking-lamps. The power supply is fastened to a bicycle frame, and cable lines are guided in or at the bicycle frame for bicycle handle bar. A switch is assembled with the impulse transmitter. The lamps are activated in a blinking manner by the impulse transmitter and the cable lines.
