The injector (110) has an injection valve member (120), which is released or locked by an injection opening (126). The fuel pump (128) is driven by an internal combustion engine. The injection valve member is controlled by a piezo-actuator (148). The piezo-actuator has hydraulic translatory element (156, 167) coupled with a filling valve (132), which fills the pump chamber (134) of fuel pump. The translatory elements are connected by a pilot piston (158).
