A ski-jump or a track for long-distance skiing in a wintersport resort has to be covered with snow during the season and ideally even a little beyond. The snow stays longer on a sufficiently cool surface. A multitude of concrete sheets (1), each provided with ducts are positioned along the affected stretches (3,4) and a coolant guided through the ducts. The ducts are positioned longitudinally. In case of a curved area the individual units (1) are kept at a small size.
