The lamella (1) has a drive unit for adjusting a drive shaft (5) that is provided with spiral-shaped guide connecting units (6). The drive unit is provided in an inner side of the lamella for adjustment of a rotating position of the lamella, where the drive unit is supplied by an electrical energy storage arranged in the inner side. Photovoltaic elements (4) are arranged on an outer side of the lamella, and charge the electrical energy storage, where the lamella is designed as a hollow lamella.
