The deflector has a turbulence production device, which is made of a foldable, flexible flat material, arranged between an air deflector unit (20) and a front edge of a roof opening (14). The turbulence production device works during undercurrent of the deflector unit. The turbulence production device is arranged in an exposed operating position of the unit (20) in a path of the under current. The turbulence production device is putdown in a lowered resting position of the unit (20) in a folded form. The turbulence production device is movable in a transverse direction of a vehicle.
