The connector has a plug having a rotatable cap nut (M) or screw for screw connection with a socket, where the cap nut is supported in a contact carrier (K). The cap nut and the contact carrier are attached together to a shake protection device. The shake protection device is implemented as an elastic spring engagement hooks (R) at the cap nut, where the hooks are gripped into a teeth (Z) of the contact carrier. The engagement hooks are formed at the cap nut via a U-shaped recess, and a sealing ring e.g. O-ring (OR) is provided between the contact carrier and the socket.
