The arrangement has magnetic or ferromagnetic area. The flow guide plate (6,7) is provided with flow guidance elements (8,12) which overlap simultaneously two magnetic parallel poles (11) or equally acting material areas of the encoder (1) in sections. Flow guidance elements bundle magnetic flow conducted through the magnetic parallel poles and conduct to the monitoring area of the magnetic field sensor (3).
