The procedure for the reinforcement of total prostheses, partial prostheses, dentures and/or denture parts with transparent plates, comprises embedding a transparent plate into the material of the dentures. The transparent plate has a thickness of 1 mm, is formed from tough elastic-plastic material, a tear-proof plastic material, a fracture-proof plastic material, or photo-curable plastic material, is produced with holes and/or slots in the deep-drawing procedure, and is made with same material of the dentures. The cover of the reinforcing plate is formed as surface flush. An independent claim is included for a dentures part.
