The arrangement has a fluid e.g. hydraulic oil, line e.g. steel pipe, formed of conductive material e.g. metal such as steel, where an electrical line is formed by the fluid line. The fluid line has an inner fluid line (10b) arranged within an outer fluid line (10a). The outer fluid line exhibits an external contact unit (13) at its outer side for electrical contacting. An internal contact unit (38) is inserted in an end (35) of the inner fluid line. A connecting unit (14) has an intake opening (17) that receives an end (30) of the outer fluid line.
