The combination has a magnetic system and a driver comprising two equivalent bar magnets (5, 6) and two pole plates (7, 8). The pole plates are bent in a plane and are in a same direction, and a wavelike membrane (9) is provided in an air space. The membrane is provided with a meander shape strip conductor, and has a front/mounting plate. The magnets are made from painted neodymium iron, neodymium iron boron, rare earth cobalt and samarium cobalt.
