The device has a permanent magnet (6) arranged at a positioning element i.e. plate-like position member (2), and magnetized perpendicular to a plane (1). Magnetic pole (N) of the magnet is turned towards the plane. Another permanent magnet (7) is arranged at a path and fixed on a side of the plane, where the side is turned away from the positioning element. Magnetic pole (N) of the magnet (7) is turned towards the plane corresponding to the magnetic pole of the magnet (6). Stationary magnets are arranged on both sides of a center position of the positioning element.
