The device has a counter bearing block (10) with a locking retainer (14) for a pivotable axis of a sun visor, and with retainers (24, 25) for arranging the counter bearing block at a carriage part of a motor vehicle. A plate (12) is designed as a one-piece with the block. Fastening arms (20, 21) are arranged at a side of the plate, where the side faces the locking retainer. The arms form the retainers for arrangement at the carriage part, where the fastening arms are designed as one-piece with the plate and the block. The block is manufactured as a plastic-injection molding part.
