The method involves determining maximum speed information object, which is assigned to the actual street section on which a vehicle (F) is driven. A determination is made whether the determined information object is assigned with a condition e.g. roadway wet condition. A determination is made whether the condition is fulfilled. The information object is provided when the condition is fulfilled. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle with a control unit.
