The method involves detecting physiological data of a person e.g. sportsman, using a sensor e.g. pulse sensor, and processing the detected physiological data by comparing the data with a preset stress and/or a preset reference of the physiological data. A stress change corresponding to a control deviation is predicted and non-controllable disturbances e.g. elevation profile of passage, is observed. Information is transmitted to a human for changing the stress by changing the performance speed of a training and/or implemented cyclic movements.
