The stirrer blade that is secured to an agitator on the hub of the stirring tool for stirring, mixing, suspending, dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing of stirring goods of different type with viscosity in a widened area of fluid or flowable aggressive and chemical mixtures up to form sand for foundries and concrete, comprises a core (3) with a casing, a mantle (1) having a high grade wear-resistance material, and a connection piece (4) firmly imbedded or poured in the core. The cavity of the mantle is diffused with an elastic reaction resin forming the core. The stirrer blade that is secured to an agitator on the hub of the stirring tool for stirring, mixing, suspending, dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing of stirring goods of different type with viscosity in a widened area of fluid or flowable aggressive and chemical mixtures up to form sand for foundries and concrete, comprises a core (3) with a casing, a mantle (1) having a high grade wear-resistance material, and a connection piece (4) firmly imbedded or poured in the core. The cavity of the mantle is diffused with an elastic reaction resin forming the core. The connection piece protrudes from an opening of the mantle turned to the stirrer blade root and serves the connection of the stirrer blade with the hub of the stirring tool. Recesses (8) or holes are intended on the section of the connection piece passing in the core and are filled by the tough elastic material. A mold (7) is intended on the end of the sections of the connection piece protruding from the opening of the mantle. The connection piece consists of a metal and is welded on the hub of the stirring tool. The stirrer blade is connected with a connection piece that is produced as single piece with the hub, which is casting hub, on which metal casting parts are cast as connection piece for the stirrer blade. The single piece hub is made from composite material or laminate.
