The drive has a force transmission chamber (27), a displacement unit (38) and an output piston (25) arranged in a drive piston (6) such that they experience operational movement. The displacement unit and the output piston are moved relative to the drive piston. A clamping unit (58) arranged at the piston is connected with the chamber such that it is prestressed radially against an inner surface of a piston receiving space (3) under exertion of clamping force that secures the drive piston, if the fluid pressure prevailing in the chamber rises based on displacement movement of the unit (38).
