Filling device (8) has a dosing chamber (20,21) into which the pellets (18) are brought. Beside the plunger (26) effective on potential pellets, means (22,24,28,30,40) are provided for the production of mechanical force. The mechanical force affects on pellets to assist the filling or emptying the dosing chamber with the pellets. The means are created for the production of mechanical force over the compressed air.
