Filling pellets of biodegradable meal by active lipophilic liquid composition comprises: introducing meal pellet into a mixer; humidifying the pellet by spraying of water; standardizing the humidity of the pellet; dehydrating the pellet; cooling the dried granules; incorporating the active agent in the dehydrated pellet by spraying; uniformly incorporating the active agent in the pellet; applying biodegradable hot wax; cooling the pellets thus filled by active agents and coated with biodegradable paraffin; and conditioning the meal pellets. Filling pellets of biodegradable meal by active lipophilic liquid composition comprises: introducing meal pellet into a mixer at temperature of 20-30[deg] C; humidifying the pellet by spraying of water for 2-5 minutes with gentle stirring of 2-10 rpm/minute; standardizing the humidity of the pellet for at least 30 minutes; dehydrating the pellet by heating at 80-110[deg] C under gentle stirring, until a moisture content of pellet of 5-15%; cooling the dried granules at 20-30[deg] C; incorporating the active agent in the dehydrated pellet by spraying at 20-30[deg] C for 2-5 minutes under stirring; uniformly incorporating the active agent in the pellet for at least 30 minutes; applying biodegradable hot wax at 40-70[deg] C for at least 5 minutes with continuous stirring; cooling the pellets thus filled by active agents and coated with biodegradable paraffin at 20-25[deg] C under continued stirring; and conditioning the meal pellets thus filled and coated, ready to use, in waterproof, airtight and hermetic packaging, and the gas can come out of the packed pellet. An independent claim is included for a hydrophilic biodegradable meal pellets filled in active lipophilic liquid and coated composition, where the pellets comprise: 53-88 parts by weight of extruded dry meal, 5-15 parts by weight of humidity, 5-30 parts by weight of active lipophilic liquid composition and 2-15 parts by weight of coating paraffin.
