It is a method and a system for the determination of information concerning the quality of interactive speech recognition - and speech dialog system, which is distinguished by the fact that variable relevant for the system to be measured and in a suitable manner set in relation to each other.Suitable defined indices and their values enable information about the quality of such a system and the externally comparison with other systems.
