The method involves moving mass in such a way, that one half moves with certain speed in the center and the other half moves with a central inertial speed. The different gravitational coefficients and different forces acting upon the halves maintains rotation of the mass perpendicular to the sides from which the desired energy is extracted. An independent claim is also included for a device for utilization of gravitation coefficient for inertial energy generation.
