The device has facets selected such that all light cone radiated from facets in specified direction are radiated parallel to each other. The surfaces of the facets stand in an angle of incidence to the axis (2) of the light source, which is dependent on the position of the facet on the surface. The surfaces of the facets are curved, so that the hitting light by a light source is reflected into light cone (7, 8) with a certain opening angle. An independent claim is also included for a lighting arrangement which has several devices and several sources of light.
