The piston pump has a cylinder housing (1) and a piston movable in the housing. The cylinder housing is formed vacuum-tight (1'). The piston partly consists of a magnetic material and a magnet (4) is arranged in the outer side of the cylinder housing, which serves the positioning of the piston. The magnets arranged in the outer side of the cylinder housing are alterably formed in its position. The magnet is a ring magnet. Inlet lines and outlet lines of the pump are formed partly vacuum-tight.
