The device has an injector (16) for each cylinder of an internal-combustion engine. Each injector is indirectly connected with a high-pressure pump (14) and/or the injector of another cylinder of the internal-combustion engine connected by a hydraulic line (20). Length of the hydraulic line between the high-pressure pump and an injector (16a) lying proximate to the pump and/or between two adjacent injectors is larger than distance (A) between the high-pressure pump and the injector (16a) and/or larger than distance (B) between the two adjacent injectors.
