The apparatus has an accumulator (40) that is provided to accumulate the pressure of fuel pressurized with a high-pressure pump (20). A detected value acquisition unit acquires the detected value in physical quantity relevant to the fuel pressure of a low pressure pump (12) and high-pressure pump. A control unit adjusts the pressurization start timing, and meters the pumping amount of high-pressure pump by controlling a metering valve (24), based on the detected value.
