The arrangement has a first fitting (5) with inner teeth, a staged disk (3) with first and second stages (31,32) with first and second radii, whereby the second radius is larger than the first and the second stage is arranged eccentrically in the first fitting, a second fitting (6) with outer teeth mounted concentrically on the first stage and two wedge elements arranged between the staged disk and the first fitting and movable relative to each other causing a relative shifting movement of the fittings for driving. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle seat with an inventive arrangement.
