The method involves positioning printing goods on a conveyor belt section of a conveyor belt in a working area of a flat-bed printing machine (10). The printing goods on the conveyor belt section are processed and moved from the working area. The conveyor belt section is automatically verified on impureness and damages. The conveyor belt section for positioning the printing goods in the working area or movement of another conveyor belt section in the working area is reapplied depending on the verification results. An independent claim is also included for a print table for a flat-bed printing machine, in particular for screen printing of solar cell wafers.
