The water system (10) has a line system (12) through which the liquid (14) passes to an outlet device and at least one water vapor generator (18) connected to the line system at suitable points and operated as required to feed a water vapor/water mixture into the line system, whereby the water vapor generator has a water container (20), an electrically controllable pump (22) and a vapor generator (24) connected so that a water/vapor mixture is fed through a water vapor outlet connected to the line system into the line system.
