The kiln has a cooking cavity placed in a body, and a vapor generator (11) producing vapor to diffuse in the cooking cavity and located between the cooking cavity and the body. A water tank (18) supplies water to the vapor generator by a hydraulic system (17), and comprises an overflowing device (20) connected to the vapor generator in a fluidic manner so as to evacuate quantity of water in the water tank toward the vapor generator through the overflowing device and to realize ventilation of the vapor generator with the water tank through the overflowing device.
