The device has multiple control nozzles (13,13a,13b,13c) to deliver a lubricant dose, are fastened to the common lubricant piping and a common compressed air piping. The nozzles are held at a carrier (25), where a primary passage channel (30b) is arranged for the supply of the common lubricant piping and a secondary passage channel (30a) for the supply of the air supply line. The carrier has a metal and another passage channel (30c) for wide air jet as well as a channel (30d) for heating the pipeline.
