The steeper has a base (10), two pedal levers (20) with a curved front section (21), which is supported over a shaft (12) rotating at the base. A coupling element (22), is incorporated between the pedal levers in a rotating manner and two actuators (30), are incorporated between the pedal lever and the base. The actuators has an upper end section (32), which is guided at a side wall (26) of pedal levers in a rotating manner and a lower end section (31), is guided in a rotating manner at the rear section of pedal levers. A flexible rope is fastened to the base.
