Material composition (I), to the manufacture of an improved UV-radiation crosslinked molded part, which is crosslinked fully and/or in bulk through the influence of UV-radiation, comprises at least a polymer (A) (84-98.9 wt.%); photoinitiator (B) (0.5-5 wt.%), which exhibits an absorption maximum of 255-270 cm-1, preferably 265 cm-1 in chloroform; polymer crosslinker (C1) (0.5-10 wt.%) and/or a mixture of at least a with polymer crosslinker component (C2) and an inorganic filler (D); and an additive (E) (0.1-1 wt.%). Material composition (I), to the manufacture of an improved UV-radiation crosslinked molded part, which is crosslinked fully and/or in bulk through the influence of UV-radiation, comprises at least a polymer (A) (84-98.9 wt.%); photoinitiator (B) (0.5-5 wt.%), which exhibits an absorption maximum of 255-270 cm-1, preferably 265 cm-1 in chloroform; polymer crosslinker (C1) (0.5-10 wt.%) and/or a mixture of at least a with polymer crosslinker component (C2) and an inorganic filler (D); and an additive (E) (0.1-1 wt.%), where the molded part is crosslinked using an UV-radiation with a wave length of 255-270 cm-1, a small portion of (I) exhibits a crosslinked extractable dispensing components, a small portion of the crosslinked (I) exhibits an extractable cleaved-, decomposed- and/or reaction products, which is obtained by the influence of radiation and (I), crosslinking degree of the gel content is greater than 45, and all the components of (I) constitutes to 100 wt%. An independent claim is included for a molded body obtained from (I).
