The system has track system plates that are attached to a track system carrier in a target position, where the carrier is implemented as an endless structure e.g. concrete bars, of large dimension. The structure is connected with a subsurface using a spring system. The dimensions of the carrier are larger than the dimension of the plates. The spring system for supporting the carrier on the subsurface is provided as an elastomer support.
