The arrangement has a stator body (10) having an inference ring (12) and a set of stator teeth spaced from the ring in radial direction. An additional ferromagnetic stator end plate is provided on the front side of the ring. The plate is aligned with the ring and has projections (24) at plate inner or outer circumference. The projections protrude from a front surface of the end plate in axial direction and form a taping wire guide. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a stator arrangement for an electrical machine.
