Lumbar spinal disk prosthesis has two parts (1) connected with each other, which have the shape of a kidney at their periphery and a teething on their respecting outer sides extending above the total area. The teething develops longitudinal and transversal grooves that form pyramid form projections with sharpened ends, while the upper one of the two parts has an oval cavity (4), which is arranged center at the inner side. At the longitudinal side of the outer hollow space in form of a kidney two bores are provided from the edge. An extension of the smaller diameter takes place on the bores, whose openings are adjusted in accordance with the blind openings (6) at the opposite longitudinal side of the central cavity.
