A guide element (GE) (4) is designed to move horizontally in a hose's wind-up and unwind directions. Between a coiling device (3) and the GE there is a rail element designed like a telescope having a length of variable adjustment. The GE keeps a hose (1) with a horizontal and vertical clearance from a vehicle's bodywork. A springy lever (11) supports the rail element at a required length.
