The gasket has a metal plate (11) including a damper bead (5) formed in a connecting portion (4). The damper bead projects to another metal plate (12) laminated on the metal plate (11). The connecting portion is formed between a laminated portion (2) clamped between a cylinder block (20) and a head block (22), and another laminated portion (3) clamped between a cylinder liner (21) and the head block (22). The laminated portion (3) is formed by folding back the metal plate (11) at a rim of a combustion chamber (15).
