The device has a mobile controller that is connected with a sensor e.g. pulsoxymetric sensor (34), and is provided with a compact flash(RTM: Not defined) card for data storage. The controller is provided with a universal serial bus (USB) port for data transmission and an accumulator or battery for power supply. The port is provided for connection to a peripheral device, a therapy device and a diagnostic device. The sensor and the controller are connected with a wearing strap for mobile application, and the controller is provided with a multi-processor system. An independent claim is also included for a method for recording a biosignal.
