The device has an inner container (10), and a barrier layer (20) that sectionally covers the inner container. The barrier layer is arranged between the container and a polyurethane-foaming (30). The barrier layer is arranged in such a manner that the barrier layer is gas and water proof or blocks transportation of gas and water through the barrier layer. The barrier layer has a polyethylene layer (40) or polyamide layer that works as a water barrier, and an ethylene-vinyl-alcohol-copolymer layer (50) that works as a gas barrier. The barriers are connected with each other by an adhesive layer.
