The door element comprises a wooden panel (2) mounted rotatable in the frame through hinges and provided with door fitments (6) which are sunk into milled recesses (8) on the opening and closing sides of the door so that the surface (9) of the fitment closes flush with the surface of the door panel. One of the door fitments has a threaded sleeve (13) at the back and the opposite fitment has openings for countersunk screws with a magnetic cover.
