The small-scale wastewater purification plant, comprises a supply device (5) for feeding of the aeration basin with required wastewater from the sludge storage, a lift-up discharge set-up (6) for evacuating the pure water formed in the aeration basin into the discharge pipe, an emergency discharge pipe (8) connected at the discharge pipe for automatic discharge of the aeration basin in falling interference, a tube section submerged into the aeration basin, and a non-reverse flow device (83) arranged in the tube section of the emergency discharge pipe (8). The small-scale wastewater purification plant, comprises a supply device (5) for feeding of the aeration basin with required wastewater from the sludge storage, a lift-up discharge set-up (6) for evacuating the pure water formed in the aeration basin into the discharge pipe, an emergency discharge pipe (8) connected at the discharge pipe for automatic discharge of the aeration basin in falling interference, a tube section submerged into the aeration basin, and a non-reverse flow device (83) arranged in the tube section of the emergency discharge pipe (8). An inlet opening (82) of the tubing section is arranged below or on height of minimum water level (WBmin) in the aeration basin. The supply device is a feed lift-up mechanism with feed pipe (51). The lift-up discharge set-up (6) exhibits feed pipe. The feed pipes form a deepest point with an U-shaped element (62) in the flow direction and exhibit a compressed air supply (63) opposite to the flow direction. A sampling container (7) is arranged in the flow direction before the compressed air supply and has an upper edge that is formed above a maximum back-up height (Rmax). The non-reverse flow device: is intended at inlet (64) of the feed pipe of the discharge set-up; is a flow-direction sensitive shut-off valve with rubber flaps; and exhibits a threshold resistance in the flow direction through an elastic tension of the shut-off valves after which reverse flow valve opens. The inlet openings of the feed pipes are arranged at a height of a minimum water level of (WBmin) and (WSmin) of the sludge storage. The sludge storage area is shielded from the remaining sludge storage by a dip wall that is hydraulically closed between a range above the maximum water level (WSmax) and below the minimum water level (WSmin) of the sludge storage.
