A screw implant (1) with an enossal thread (16), an attached throat region (17) including a bending zone (3) and a prosthetic head integrated with the throat region (17) to take up and fix a false tooth or sub-construction is such that (A) the smallest diameter of the bending zone (3) is smaller than the largest diameter of thread (16); and (B) the throat region (17) has an elliptical-oval shape.
